While it's not the most light double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs with ease. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push while your legs are hanging in this manner. And the lack of padding does not make it any easier.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. It's a bit more complicated to close, however; you must slide a slider and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while you do it.
The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that will be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that is great for traveling. It weighs only 18lbs which is less than some single strollers. and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also features independently reclining seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit children of different heights. It also comes with a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats, so your little ones must be at least 6 months old and have good neck control in order to ride in the front seat. The stroller does have three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light side by side stroller. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's tinier and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with elegant details that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold and is very mobile. It can easily fit into overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's also a bit more expensive, but it has more maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It comes with a handy carrying strap and can accommodate children weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that is lightweight but also loaded with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight at just 13 lbs but also has plenty of storage options, including child and parent cupholders as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children and a parent's storage pouch, etc. It can also be used with a child's chair and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that can be easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and older.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have locking capabilities which means it won't be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It maneuvers well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, however, so it's still an excellent option for most families.
